Escrima which is first mentioned in 1500s is a Filipino-based martial art that uses weapons (especially
sticks) primarily and empty hands secondarily.

Escrima gives the opportunity to use any kind of material we carry (water bottle, key, pen, cellular phone) everyday aware on unaware as a weapon to keep attacker off.

This martial art is being learned by tens of thousands of members in more than 40 countries worldwide by the leadership of Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe and Grand Master Rene Latosa within EBMAS.
